This evidenced based social development program has impacted the way adults and youth enriched themselves and the world.She currently owns and operates Unlimited Inspiration for You Too, LLC, by which she provides awe affirming inner self development life coaching services for clients throughout the world. She currently provides technical support and behavior intervention course work syllabuses for critical care staff members working with youth and adults growing through mental health challenges; as well Louise continues to create innovative parenting skills curriculums for community and family life advancement. Her true love and her boundless commitment are to always support others as they expand and explore their audacious gifts that undoubtedly thrive from within.

    Louise O’Shields is a graduate of Tuskegee University holding the first degree granted atTuskegee in the field of Psychology, from the School of Education. Since graduation she has provided over 30 years of human service training for community based organizations, families, school-based providers, mental health clinicians, juvenile justice and social services agencies.In 1990 she moved to Maryland from her home in New York to continue her community services efforts for people living with HIV and AIDS by working at the Whitman-Walker Clinic in Washington, D.C. While working at the clinic, Louise learned the art of Sign Language and began to specialize in case management counseling for hearing impaired clients. Louise further expanded her skills as a human enhancement specialist by implementing professional staff development trainings for mental health providers, community mental health educators, along with teachers and educational advocates in the area of enriching the lives of those living with emotional and social trauma challenges, whiles serving as the admission intake liaison for Washington, D.C.’s largest psychiatric hospital for adolescents and child development.Louise has written and implemented a six-month therapeutic character development enrichment program for youth and adults entitled “The Amazing Empowerment Group” TM.
